To get the most out of your CocoChic candle, follow these tips:

5. What is the shelf life of your soy candles?
Our soy candles have a shelf life of approximately 1 to 2 years when stored properly. Keep your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve their quality. Over time, you may notice soy wax frosting, which is a natural and inevitable process. While it doesn’t affect the performance or fragrance of the candle, it’s simply a sign of the purity of the soy wax.
6. What is soy wax frosting, and is it normal?
Yes, soy wax frosting is a natural occurrence and is completely normal. Frosting refers to the white, crystalline appearance that sometimes forms on the surface of soy candles. It happens because soy wax is a natural product, and the frosting is a sign of purity. It doesn’t affect the performance or scent of your candle in any way.
7. Do you offer free samples?
While we don’t offer a sample selection at checkout, we do include a complimentary wax melt sample in every order. It’s our way of letting you try something new!
8. Why do you ship from Monday to Wednesday during hot seasons?
To ensure your candles arrive in the best condition, we ship from Monday to Wednesday during hot seasons. This schedule prevents your order from sitting in warm warehouses or trucks over the weekend, reducing the risk of melting or damage caused by extreme temperatures.
